Sean started his career as an Electrical Engineer before joining Severn Trent Laboratories in 1991 who sponsored his return to college studying Electronic Engineering. He moved to the commercial side of the electronics industry in 1994 with Panasonic Batteries. After Panasonic he entered the displays industry with a sales role at the UK office of Varitronix.
In 2008 he started an independent company supplying display technology which he sold in 2010 and he continued to help run the business. Sean was ready for a new challenge when given the opportunity to establish Vision Display Solutions to offer bespoke display solutions.
Sean is married with two boys and is a keen rugby fan and takes an active role within local National League 1 team Rams RFC where both his children play in the junior system. He also enjoys motorsports as a spectator and playing golf badly.
Kirk graduated from Northumbria University in 2000 with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He started his career as an Applications Engineer at Densitron Technologies PLC in 2001 before being promoted to project manager. In 2005, he was approached by a franchise distributor to establish a new Display’s division. With years of experience, Kirk was instrumental in introducing new manufacturing partners and products contributing to solid growth within this market.
Kirk was ready for a new challenge when given the opportunity to establish Vision Display Solutions to offer bespoke display solutions.
Kirk is married to his lovely wife who works as a physiotherapist. He loves playing badminton (at County level before aged caught up with him) and is a keen badminton fan in general. He also enjoys watching tennis, football, rugby and cricket.
Prior to joining Vision on a part-time basis in 2018 Gary spent a very successful 30+ years in Corporate IT sales working for some of the largest international IT companies.
As Technical Manager he now leads a skilled team responsible for all aspects of the physical stock handled by Vision, including stock management, quality assurance and counterfeit detection.
Outside of work Gary has a passion for paragliding, flying around the UK and Europe, as well as being the drummer in a popular local rock band.
Casey Vaughan started In the electronics industry in 2007 for L3 communication, part of the TRL group. In 2008 Casey joined Acal in customer service achieving an NVQ in sales, customer service and telesales.
Casey joined the Vision group of companies in early 2010 to develop the broker sales division, she now also takes care of the sales admin side of things. When Casey is not working here at the Vision group of companies, she is running around after her toddler.
Having a history working for small businesses Sarah joined Azego in late 2009 as Finance Manager.
In addition to working for Azego, Sarah also teaches Book-keeping & Accounts and AAT courses at Bracknell & Wokingham College in the evenings.
Sarah enjoys running, being one of the founder members of the Azego running club, cooking and entertaining but most weekends are spent chasing around after her daughter at the numerous National horse events that they attend.
